Just released a review of this on my Youtube "Rotten Rebel". The longevity is good and even though it's leaning to the feminine side, it is definitely a unisex scent. Then spices emerge and take over pushing the rose to the background. This is way too overpriced but it ain't going to stop me from purchasing this perfume. Cardamom, Nutmeg, Saffron, Mandarin Orange and Neroli, Kulfi, Rose, Mastic or Lentisque, Orange Blossom and Jasmine, Vanilla, Amber, Woody Notes and Sandalwood. Then it moves into a beautiful pure rose scent that starts to lean a bit sweet. On me it's ONLY cardamom, Ylang Ylang and amber. I tried this on paper this afternoon. I bought this in London last weekend while Christmas shopping as a treat for myself. A tiny bit savory. on me this fragrance lasts through out the work day giving me about 8 hours of longevity. I love the original, but it's not very wearable for me and I do feel like it leans mature feminine. I love other Tom Ford scents, but definetely not this one. It opens up quite harsh and herbal (rosemary), mint-geranium-oakmoss combo but quickly sits down into this very rich masculine scent. Just not my taste, and I find it a bit nauseating. Herms Terre d'Hermes. Gourmand done to perfection. For me, it's a fragrance that I both admire and dislike. The violet in here reminds me a bit of Fahrenheit Parfum lending a fuzziness that wears like suede rather than a leather. It is much smoother than the EDP. My first thought at initial spray is Coty's SAND & SABLE! Addicting. I got my sample at roughly 1pm and it survived until about midnight- after a busy afternoon running all over the city, an vigorous 60-minute workout, and a good hot soapy shower. Cannot wait. Longer lasting. I smelled public restroom deodorizer, maybe a playdoh scent on the bottomhopefully I can exchange it! I tried this and for the price tag I would have to say NO only because I found a better fragrance. Its a pleasing fragrance, warm, velvety, creamy and evokes carefree summer days. I am in love with this fragrance, if you love rose scent, love floral scent, you will love this fragrance, its like ten thousands of rose surroundings you. IMHO the best winter sweet fragrance period. Uh, is my nose broken? Very masculine (no, really! This scent is totally unisex but marketing sometimes can throw us off right?
